Comments from a reader:
You may have just saved my life. I have been trying with limited success to explain "what I'm about" to therapists and friends and family for years. On my own I found your books. Wow. I found me. I have a therapist who has been very good but maybe just shy of being a self esteem expert. However, when I took the books in to show her she was quite impressed. I loaned the books to her for a week, and she then bought her own. We are working your program together. For the first time ever I have hope. I get discouraged because I'm 56 years old and want to get better with plenty of time left to enjoy myself, but most of the time I have great hope. I am scared but hopeful at the same time. I guess we LSErs are ALWAYS afraid of failure. Hopefully that will change.
I just want to thank you so much for your wonderful
books. I have already started my journey and in time I hope to be able
to write to you about my improvements and successes. Finally after all
these years maybe I can come out of my shell and LIVE.
Sincerely, Susan Ross, Boston, MA
